Stephen Dweck

A Brooklyn, New York native, Stephen Dweck always approached everything through the arts. From his formal training in fine art, he entered into the jewelry universe in the early 1980s when designers showed his jewelry in their collections.

With a lifelong passion of collecting stones, his inspiration stems from how he can transform the natural beauty of the gemstones into something that is both modern and collectible. “It is not just relying on the stone’s beauty but the approach and boldness of how its used, mixing the continents, making a worldly piece that makes people question, where did you get that from,” he says.

The One of a Kinds are the most treasured of his collections,as just as nothing in nature is repeated, no two pieces are alike. The stones, combination and setting are exclusive to each piece, and in turn, to the wearer. His signature beetle, Adam adorns the OAKs and signifies the piece as a rare piece of jewelry.

A longstanding member of the CFDA, his jewelry is on permanent display at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, NY, the Smithsonian in Washington, D.C and the Dallas Museum of Art. For pleasure to hold and wear, Stephen Dweck jewelry is available for purchase at select high-end retailers worldwide, including Neiman Marcus and Liberty of London.
