About

About

IMPACT is a CFDA developed initiative to identify, connect, support, and nurture Black and Brown creatives and professionals in fashion.

CFDA launched IMPACT in February 2021 with a talent directory powered by Creatively, the job platform for creatives.  Inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement ongoing calls for critical reflection and action against the social and economic marginalization of Black and Brown people, IMPACT addresses the decades-long system of exclusion of Black talent in the industry with hopes to create a blueprint for other industries to follow.

Led by the CFDA in conjunction with IMPACT’s Black Advisory Board, the program links creatives and business professionals to brands and stakeholders for opportunity, education, and sharing.
