IMPACT serves over 2,000 creatives and business professionals of color and counting.  Being a part of IMPACT means being a part of a community of people looking to expand their professional network, secure access to industry roles and opportunities, and take part in programming including mentorship and professional development services.

Mentors range from mid-career to senior and executive-level fashion professionals across creative and business disciplines.
