We’re thrilled to announce the nominee award presenters for the American Designer of the Year categories at the 2026 CFDA Fashion Awards presented by Amazon Fashion hosted by Keke Palmer at the American Museum of Natural History on Monday, November 2, 2026.

Lupita Nyong’o will present the American Womenswear Designer of the Year award, with nominees Catherine Holstein for Khaite, Michael Kors, Rachel Scott for Diotima, Tory Burch, and Wes Gordon for Carolina Herrera.

Matt Damon will present American Menswear Designer of the Year. This year’s nominees are Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne for Public School New York, Ralph Lauren, Thom Browne, Todd Snyder, and Willy Chavarria.

Naomi Osaka will take the stage to present American Accessory Designer of the Year, with Ana Khouri, Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen for The Row, Raul Lopez for Luar, Sophie Buhai, and Stuart Vevers for Coach in contention for the honor.

Cole Escola will present the Google American Emerging Designer of the Year award. This year’s nominees are Colleen Allen, Emily Dawn Long, Julia Ferentinos for Juju Vera, Julian Louie for Aubero, and Zane Li for Lii.

Each presenter will be paired with a designer on stage. Additional presenters for the honoree categories to be announced.

The nominees and winners in the American Womenswear, Menswear, Accessory Design and Emerging Designer of the Year categories are determined by the CFDA Fashion Awards Guild, an invitation-only voting body made up of influential members of the fashion industry. The voting process begins on Monday, October 5, and closes on Friday, October 23, 2026.

In addition to presenting partner Amazon Fashion, supporters of the 2026 CFDA Fashion Awards include Google Shopping for the American Emerging Designer of the Year award; M·A·C Cosmetics, Official Beauty Partner, and Krug, Official Champagne Partner. WYouth and Nuuly will present the Student Viewing Section at the 2026 CFDA Fashion Awards, welcoming current CFDA scholars and fashion students to the ceremony.
