Timberlake Studios, Inc

Timberlake Studios, Inc is a theatrical costume shop building custom-designed items for the stage. Most work is one-offs, but we also build small ensemble groupings (2 dozen or less)often building in a variety of sizes. We specialize in period reproductions taking into consideration the modern human body-type and the specific demands of the stage.

Timberlake Studios is also known for stretch-fabric garments such as dancewear, sportswear, and knit fabric pants and tops. We also alter new designs for fashion shows to fit current models, build showroom models of bedding suites (comforter covers, shams, etc). We make walk-around characters for advertising which can include shaped foam interiors. We are available for samples, patterning, design consultancy, personal alterations, additions/changes to an existing garment, or repurposing vintage garments.
Our clientele range from corporate (Macy’s Special Events)and well-known theatrical designers as well as start-up designers looking for a studio to bring their vision to life. We place individual attention on each garment, taking high pride in the fit and comfort of the item on the performer/wearer.
