Rule Design & Development is rooted in small-batch production and conscious choices. Our mission is to guide clients through the design, development, and production processes, all while helping them uphold the highest standard of quality. We proudly manufacture all of our garments in downtown Los Angeles, and source materials from local vendors whenever possible. All pattern drafting is done in-house. We are committed to providing quality over quantity by knitting creativity with expertise, sharing informed resources, and engaging in community involvement. We are dedicated to working with brands, emerging and veteran, aligned in our collective vision for the future of fashion and industry.
