City Source showcase is an annual platform for designers and brands to meet with over 65 local manufacturers. This year the showcase is supported by The Council of Fashion Designers of America’s newest program, the Fashion Manufacturing Initiative (FMI), in which fashion industry facilities can obtain funding in the form of matching grants for acquisition of innovative equipment, technology upgrades, capital improvements, workforce training, and professional development programming. The initiative is designed to generate business growth within the industry, as well as elevate the level of available fashion production resources in New York City.

On January 14, the showcase is open to the public from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
