The 2022 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund finalists.

The 2022 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund officially kicked into high gear with its first event this week. This year’s 10 finalists — Jacques Agbobly, Elena Velez; Felisha Noel, Lauren Harwell Godfrey, Taofeek Abijako, Conley Averett, Colm Dillane, Pia Davis and Autumn Randolph, Omar Salam, and Jackson Wiederhoeft — gathered at the Vogue offices to present their collections to the panel of judges. The occasion marks the first meeting of the program which grants funding and mentorship to each of the finalists.

Each designer explained their philosophy and took the judges through their collections.

Present from the Selection Committee were Anna Wintour, Steven Kolb, Aurora James, Chioma Nnadi, Mark Holgate, Eva Chen, Roopal Patel, and Nick Molnar. Sam Lobban and Paloma Elsesser are also judges in the program.

The 2022 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund is generously supported by Afterpay, Instagram, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Vogue.
