A Peace Treaty’s Dana Arbib finds her artisanal inspirations in many different places – Pakistan, Turkey, and Peru to name a few. She brought her exquisite designs to our CFDA Loves LA shop-in-shop at the new Fred Segal on Sunset Boulevard, and to mark the occasion, we caught up with the designer on her love for LA and more.

Why did you agree to participate in the CFDA Loves LA shop?

Fred Segal is an iconic LA shop and being surrounded by fellow CFDA designers whose work I admire, is great placement for my brand.

What do you love about LA the most?

The weather obviously!!

What is the one must-have item of yours available in the shop?

Our Roua handwoven silk wrap pants and crop top are the perfect outfit for a casual situation and also a more formal event.

If you plan to buy an item from one of the other participating designers, what is it?

I would love to get my hands on a piece from Anndra Neen.
