Macy’s Fashion Pass is back, and for the second time, proceeds of sales will aid the CFDA Foundation, Inc.
Today through August 7, shoppers at Macy’s nationwide will receive 15 to 25 percent off storewide with a $5 donation at Macy’s registers. From the sales of Macy’s Fashion Pass, 100 percent will go directly to the CFDA Foundation, Inc. as well as The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation.
“Our team works each day to find simple and worthwhile ways for our customers to support meaningful philanthropic efforts while shopping for the items they love,” said Holly Thomas, Macy’s Group Vice President of Cause Marketing. “From understanding the products that our shoppers are looking for, to the causes that they care most about, our goals at Macy’s are brought to life when we give back in our local communities.”
CFDA President and CEO Steven Kolb added: “Macy’s continued support through its annual Fashion Pass helps drive CFDA’s programs and initiatives, and contributes to the CFDA mission to strengthen the impact of American Fashion in the global economy.”
It’s not the only way to contribute to the CFDA. On Sept. 7, just as New York Fashion Week: Women’s launches, the Macy’s Presents Fashion’s Front Row extravaganza will be back with top runway looks and special performances by Ariana Grande and Flo Rida.
The fashion spectacle – with looks by Calvin Klein, I.N.C. International Concepts, Rachel Rachel Roy, Tallia, Tommy Hilfiger, William Rast and the Betsey Johnson’s new collection inspired by Trolls –will take place at The Theater at Madison Square Garden. Ticket sales will benefit the CFDA Foundation, Inc. and Ronald McDonald House New York.
Priced at $55 and $80, tickets are available first through an exclusive American Express card pre-sale beginning this Monday, Aug. 1, and then via Ticketmaster (ticketmaster.com or 866-858-0008) or at the Madison Square Garden Box Office.
