Ralph Lauren understands romance, in all the different facets it can come in. For his fall collection, presented on Thursday morning at a stunning Tribeca gallery space, the designer provided us with a study on “The Modern Romantics” via a breathtaking lineup of looks.

Lauren explored some of his signatures – masculine/feminine, rugged/refined, dandy, heirloom – in new and daring ways: frilled white shirts, hand-distressed aviator jackets, ruffles, the most gorgeous laces and dark florals, and stunning sequined halter gowns, including one tiered with silk-knit ruffles spiraling around the body.

It all added up to a stunning, dreamy lineup – the kind that Ralph Lauren delivers best.
