You saw them everywhere —neatly placed along benches lining the runways, artfully styled on models, and proudly worn by designers. The Fashion for ACLU ribbons were this season’s accessory for a good cause, and they certainly had their spotlight moments. Over 50 designers supported the initiative, which aimed to generate visibility and support for the ACLU. And it wasn’t just designers who embraced the look. CFDA’s street-style photographer Daniel Shapiro captured the ribbon all around New York. Here are a few of our favorite looks.
