NYFW Day Four: Top Looks from the Women’s Collections

Tom Ford Fall-Winter 2018

Who can resist some high-voltage clothes to the sound of the Pointer Sisters, especially when we’re talking I’m so Excited and Jump? That, coupled with a political message via the words Pussy Power on glittery pink handbags and shoes, made for an electrifying Tom Ford show. Along the way, he had animal patterns galore – some clashing in mini-dresses and tights combinations – as well as great coats. The front row was worth noting too: Ford friend Julianne Moore, Zayn Malik, Elizabeth Banks, Anwar Hadid, Rosie Huntington-Whitely and Hailey Baldwin graced it.

Other strong collections came courtesy of Ulla Johnson, who amped up the romance in her designs, Colovos, Adam Selman, and Jeremy Scott, whose sci-fi-sporty-spice romp showcased his usual proclivity for fashion fun.
