Nadja Swarowski breezed into town this week. The reason—three major events, each marking the Austrian crystal house’s 120th anniversary in their own way.

On Monday night, she headed to Bergdorf Goodman to join Linda Fargo and celebrate the specialty store’s holiday windows featuring Swarovski Crystals. In time for the holiday season, and celebrating the 120th, select designers collaborated with the Austrian crystal firm for a collection of holiday gifts available exclusively at Bergdorf’s. The night brought out many designers, including Ryan Lobo and Ramon Martin, Gigi Burris, Tanya Taylor and Adam Selman as well as New Yorkers like Iris Apfel and Lynn Yaeger.

On Tuesday from 2pm-4pm, Nadja Swarovski returns to the iconic Fifth Avenue store, this time together with Edie Parker’s Brett Heyman. Their personal appearances, open to all, mark two significant launches: Atelier Swarovski by Edie Parker collaboration of clutches and the new Rizzoli book “Swarovski: Celebrating a History of Collaborations in Fashion, Jewelry, Performance, and Design,” which Nadja Swarovski will personally sign on location.

Finally, the anniversary, the book and Bergdorf’s windows also provided the impetus for a conversation at Parsons School of Fashion this Thursday. In addition to Nadja Swarovski, it will feature Bergdorf’s Fargo and designer Naeem Khan. The talk, to be moderated by In Style magazine’s Eric Wilson, will take place from 1pm-2pm at the school’s Tishman Auditorium.
