September 28, 2015

There is a little something for everyone in the “Give with Style” campaign, which brings together top CFDA Members, the shopping destination MyHabit.com, steep discounts on designer merch, supermodel Linda Evangelista and, to top it off, charity: each purchase benefits the CFDA Foundation.

Launching today, MyHabit is hosting the dedicated online shop with items from over 50 CFDA designers such as Alexander Wang, David Yurman, Diane von Furstenberg, Kate Spade, Mara Hoffman, Marc Jacobs, rag & bone, Ralph Lauren, Reed Krakoff, Tommy Hilfiger, Tory Burch and Zero Maria Cornejo. At least 75 percent of the purchase price from each sale supports CFDA’s charitable initiatives.

In addition to the shop, MyHabit and CFDA will feature content around participating designers and images of the campaign featuring Evangelista.

“When the CFDA asked me to be the face of the MyHabit ‘Give With Style” campaign, I was more than happy to lend my support,” she said. “The CFDA Foundation has done important work over the years and supported many causes that are very dear to me.”

In 2014, the sale raised over $150,000  for multiple charitable organizations including Prabal Gurung’s Shikshya Foundation Nepal charity which provided aid to the victims of the recent earthquake in Nepal.

“Philanthropy is a core tenet of CFDA’s mission,” said Steven Kolb, President and CEO of the CFDA. “‘Give with Style’ allows all our members to contribute to meaningful causes under an umbrella program. Building on the success of last year’s event hosted by MyHabit, which generated funds that went to breast cancer patient care, disaster relief for the Nepal earthquake victims, and AIDS/HIV prevention and research, we are looking forward to continuing the collaboration and hope to raise even more money this year.”
