In celebration of the launch of IMPACT, the new, multi-faceted initiative to create opportunities for historically underrepresented and unsupported communities in fashion, the CFDA hosted a conversation with the Black Advisory Board. Members of the industry and the next generation of fashion tuned in for the engaging discussion between Samira Nasr (Editor-in-Chief, Harper’s Bazaar), Bozoma Saint John, (Chief Marketing Officer, Netflix) Stacie Henderson, (US Head of E-commerce & Digital, Tod’s Group), Martin Cooper, (CFDA Member), and Tracy Reese, (Designer and CFDA Executive Board Vice Chairwoman). CFDA President CaSandra Diggs moderated the conversation.
Each discussed their own career trials and triumphs, as well as the importance of the IMPACT program, and more.
