Todd Snyder has been busy. In the past year, he’s opened a brand new flagship store on Madison Square Park, pulled off a major show at New York Fashion Week: Men’s, and been nominated for Menswear Designer of the Year at the CFDA Fashion Awards. If that wasn’t already plenty, he found time to host a very special workout class at Equinox last month. Staying healthy is a top priority for Snyder, and we wanted to know more about just how he does it. Read on for the designer’s best tips and tricks for pulling off a healthy lifestyle.

Obviously a lot of Todd Snyder + Champion, and I’m sneaker-head so I love to wear my latest and greatest purchase.

I can sleep anywhere, I can’t explain it.

I always travel with my JetSet Aesop kit.
What’s in your fridge?
I got into Plated this year. It’s healthy and I love cooking it myself.
