The Garment District Alliance (GDA) has opened its RFP for the 2026 Business Development Collaborative (BDC).
The BDC funds programs that strengthen NYC’s fashion and manufacturing community — including business training, technical assistance, workforce development, and resources for designers and factories. For Cycle 5, GDA is accepting proposals from organizations interested in creating and managing year-long programs that support designers, factories, and local businesses in the Garment District.
Who can apply:
Industry trade groups, nonprofits, educational institutions, private entities, and government agencies. Joint proposals are welcome.
