Gage Gomez gets ready before attending the Thom Browne Fall-Winter 2024 show

For over 25 years, Thom Browne has been dressing some of the best-looking men around. His signature cropped suits have been worn by top names across all industries – think Lionel Messi, Lebron James, Oscar Isaac, Timothée Chalamet, and more.

Gage Gomez is the latest to add to the list of Thom Browne muses. The New York-born model got his start on social media, where he quickly garnered a following of over 1 million fans across TikTok and Instagram. Gomez isn’t your typical influencer, though. Before he started attending fashion week events around the world, Gomez graduated from CCNY where he majored in bio-chemistry. He has used his platform to advocate for causes he is passionate about, including raising money for cancer research and childhood cancer with Memorial Sloan Kettering. He also co-opened an art gallery in Gramercy and branched out into acting with a role in the feature film “Jane” opposite Oscar winner Melissa Leo and Madelaine Petsch. In fact, directly after attending Browne’s show this week, Gomez jetted off to an acting class at the Steller Adler Acting studio – still dressed in his fun mix tweed suit.

“Just a few years ago I was solely focused on studying medicine and I never would’ve expected to be sitting front row at one of the best shows in New York,” said Gomez.

A fan of literature himself – Gomez currently runs an online book club and is an avid reader – it was fitting that for his first time attending a Thom Browne show, the designer found inspiration in Edgar Allan Poe’s The Raven.

“He encapsulated [the story] with his own twist. I can confidently say this was the first fashion show I’ve been to that is to be discussed in my book club,”  he said.
