Fashion Flashback: Eugenia Kim

April 21, 2023

Nicky Campbell

This year is no ordinary one for Eugenia Kim. The accessories designer is celebrating 25 years in business this year – no easy feat in fashion.

Founded in 1998 after designing a feathered cloche to hide a bad haircut, her innovative hat designs caught the attention of NYC downtown scene. After Barneys New York placed the first order, her brand was born – and catapulted to wide popularity. Since then, Kim has received a CFDA Award, collaborated with Coach and Donna Karan to name a few, dressed Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna, and is sold at retailers from Neiman Marcus to Net-a-Porter.

In honor of her anniversary, we had Kim dig into her archives to recall some of the top brand moments from her career. Take a look!
