Dressing From Home: Madison Blank

September 2, 2020

Nicky Campbell

You’ve likely never seen a closet like that of Madison Blank. The fashion enthusiast owns a collection of enviable handbags, avant-garde looks from emerging designers like Peter Do, and more sneakers than you can count. As an influential driving force in the menswear market, it’s only natural the Men’s Fashion Director of Saks Fifth Avenue masterfully combines highly-coveted, menswear-inspired silhouettes and streetwear pieces alongside feminine silhouettes. While she currently isn’t hitting the streets of New York – she retreated to her family house in Philadelphia when quarantine began – she is still sporting serious looks from home.

Wearing Gucci top and trousers.

“Monday’s call for chic and classic workwear. Nothing makes me feel more confident and ready for the week. Also keeping it comfortable with no shoes- zoom meetings are all waist and above :)”

Wearing Chrome hearts Mattyboy Leather Jacket, Black Tank, Chrome Hearts Mattyboy Pants, Jordan 1 Breds

“Chrome Hearts everything and anything. Leather jackets are a staple in my wardrobe – no matter the season or occasion leather is always a good option.”

Wearing Khaite Top & satin wide leg pants, Off-White x Nike Jordans.

“Thursdays and Fridays are always the best days, the week is almost over 🙂 All black is always my go-to but I like to put a ’weekend’ spin on it with a sexier top. This is my ‘going out but staying in’ lewk.”

Wearing Hanes tank, vintage Saint Laurent suede fringe jacket, Off-White trousers, Nike SB shoes, Brent Neale necklace.

“These Off-White jeans are probably my favorite pants right now. I love the high waist and the fact that they’re super long and baggy. I love to style baggier pants back to a Hanes tank for a more feminine look.”

Wearing Dior x Stussy camp shirt and bomber jacket, “Old Celine” pants, Jordan x Dior sneakers.

“Anything Kim Jones blesses, period. I am also obsessed with trousers – especially ones on the baggier side. This outfit is just comfy and swaggy all in one.”
