Keke Palmer glamorously made her way up the Met steps in a stunning Prabal Gurung dress (pictured above). Anne Hathaway, in a striking custom hand-painted gown by Michael Kors Collection, posed with the designer. Tory Burch looked resplendent with Laufey and Camila Morrone in her designs by her side.

Monday’s Costume Institute Benefit – the Met Gala for most – featured many such American moments that we will remember for a long time.
