“I love the adventure of fashion,” Ralph Lauren says of his Fall 2026 collection inspired by “that kind of renegade spirit and the confidence of the woman who will wear it in her own personal way – to tell her own story.”

And what a story this was.

The designer and recipient of CFDA’s 2025 American Womenswear Designer of the Year award explored tropes that speak to his brand DNA – tailoring, vintage touches, chainmail, paisley – but rendered these in daring new ways. For example, long languid silhouettes, a hooded mesh mini-dress cinched with a bold brown belt, a slouchy sweater and skirt, and terrific some terrific outerwear.

These clothes are made for the woman who, according Lauren, is “fearless in her pursuit of adventure…honors heritage while embracing reinvention and explores what lies ahead by staying true to who she is.”
