Anna Sui Fall 2021 Look 1

It’s impossible not to be completely enamored with the world of Anna Sui (and Anna herself, natch). Take her collection statement for Fall 2021, for example. The designer looked to the new post-pandemic world, one that Sui thinks is going to all black and white and vibrant psychedelia with Joe Massot’s 1968 film Wonderwall serving as an inspiration.

The designer delivered such vibe via trippy video presentation fit for an AbFab dream sequence. The lineup featured a mashup of textures such as faux cowhide and suede, wavy knits, windowpane tweeds, mixed with some fairytale chiffons with lace. Along the way, Sui delivered some terrific hippie dresses and cozy coats, perfect for weathering our everlasting winters in style.

In Anna’s own words, “it’s going to be Phantasmadelic!” – and we’ll be dressed for the ride.
