American Fashion Shines at Paris Fashion Week

March 7, 2019

New York may be home, but a few of our designers continue to debut their collections during Paris Fashion Week.

American designers made their mark with collections that are true to their brand aesthetic. At Off-White, Virgil Abloh brought down the house  with his signature elevated streetwear modeled by Karlie Kloss, and Bella and Gigi Hadid. Joseph Altuzarra presented a pretty collection at the Hôtel Potocki with statement outerwear and must-have accessories. Thom Browne returned to his roots, giving the layered suiting he has perfected a theatrical touch with delicate embroideries and touches of mink.

They were joined by Rick Owens and Tommy Hilfiger, who brought his special view American style to the Paris stage.

View the best looks from the collections, captured by photographer Serichai Traipoom.
