There’s no escaping New York City’s movement, momentum, and rhythm. Just ask Andrea Lieberman. The Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Los Angeles-founded brand A.L.C. is a born and raised New Yorker and she knows better than anyone that one may leave this city, but The City never leaves you.
Last Tuesday evening, the beloved CFDA member hosted an intimate cocktail to celebrated the spring A.L.C. collection at Grand Central’s Oyster Bar – one of New York’s legendary icons.
As per the designer, the lineup – a continued evolution of the Icons Collection, the brand’s foundational wardrobe system introduced last September 2025 – was created “for women in motion” via hues of persimmon, desert beige, and dusty blues.
Perfect for high caliber fashion crowd, which includes Jennifer Fisher, Leandra Medine, Beverly Nguyen, Becky Malinsky, Amrit Tietz, Chrissy Rutherford, and Michal Kurtis.
“What better way to celebrate the start of NYFW and our Spring Collection than alongside the women who bring it to life,” Lieberman said. “We chose Grand Central for its iconic presence at the heart of New York City—a setting that mirrors the energy of the season. This collection was inspired by the effortless ease of California, and the evening captured the rhythm of New York infused with that West Coast spirit, reflected in the Spring pieces worn by our guests.
“Our brand has always been rooted in both Los Angeles and New York,” she added. “This event was a personal expression of my love for each city—and a celebration of the dynamic dialogue between them.”
