W Hotels continues its support for CFDA Fashion Incubator designers.  To wrap up their two-year sponsorship, W hosted a Market “Showcase” at their Hollywood property on Tuesday, March 18.  Top West Coast-based editors, retailers, stylists and CFDA Members came to view the latest collections of the 10 participating brands. That night, the rooftop pool was turned into a runway and cocktail party for LA fashionistas and style influencers.

In the days leading up to the Showcase, the designers were afforded a private tour of Diane Von Furstenberg’s “Journey of a Dress” exhibit at LACMA, jewelry designer Irene Neuwirth hosted them for brunch at her home in Venice and Band of Outsiders’ Scott Sternberg gave a tour of his design studio while also sharing the many things he’s learned about the fashion industry in the ten years since launching his label. To round out the trip, STARWORKS hosted a “Celebrity Dressing 101” discussion with famed stylist Nicole Chavez. Take a peek at some of the highlights from their trip.
