How You Can Help Mexico & Puerto Rico

September 27, 2017

Joseph Maglieri

The communities in Mexico and Puerto Rico need our help more than ever before, and the CFDA heeds the call for recovery efforts after the devastating earthquake in Mexico City and Hurricane Maria, which hit the Caribbean island especially hard.

Disaster Relief is a pillar for us, and in support of the recovery efforts for Puerto Rico, the CFDA will donate $5,000 to the Empire State Relief and Recovery Effort for Puerto Rico, launched by New York Governor Andrew M. Cuomo to aid in support of the island’s rebuild after the devastating hurricane.

The CFDA’s aid in support for both is also a personal effort on behalf of our valued CFDA Members and staff of Mexican and Puerto Rican heritage and those with businesses based in either location.

The CFDA has also shown solidarity with Mexico by donating to Project Paz in the aftermath caused by the previous earthquake, as well as the American Red Cross for those impacted by Hurricane Irma.

You can help the recovery efforts in Mexico and Puerto Rico by making a donation to the following:
