On July 17, the CFDA hosted the second installment of Good Talks – a series of panels developed in partnership with Theory, and support from the United Nations Fashion & Lifestyle Network, that explores scalable sustainability solutions and processes of actionability.
The panel attracted a diverse group of participants from retailers, designers, and students to industry leaders in both the fashion and sustainability industries alike.
Moderated by Theory’s SVP of Sustainability Wendy Waugh, the conversation focused on carbon emissions within the value chain—including capturing data, quantitative analysis of its impact, and reporting on our industries progress at large. The expert panelists included President & CEO of @BowlesFarmingCompany Cannon Michael, CEO of @sensitivefabrics Andrea Crespi, and Founder & CEO of Altruistiq Said Hameed.
