Creatively, Cultured Magazine, and CFDA IMPACT came together to create CreativelyCultured — an exclusive event experience shining light on talented creatives. The event brought together our honorees, and select VIP guests celebrated the power of creative collaboration with an incredible panel conversation featuring @shomipatwary, @ashleycimone, @tashp757, and host @gitoo_thoo.

The CFDA IMPACT traveling talk series Conversations with Creatives, produced by Design & Dialogue, will visit some of America’s most diverse cities to exchange educational discourse while infusing local creatives and insights into its design and execution.

The NextGen of Fashion Tech Innovators with Best Buy

The NextGen of Fashion Tech Innovators with Best Buy explored the convergence of fashion and technology by providing an exploratory outlook on the future of fashion to Best Buy Teen Tech Center youth. Students learned how to use Clo3D, and received an overview of the emerging Digital Fashion (Web3) industry.

The Untold Relationship Between Diversity and Risk with Billy Reid and CEO Action for Racial Equity

Through this conversation with Billy Reid, Jeff Zens, and Raymond Croft, we drew the correlation between organizations with high appetites for risk and their ability to embrace DEI authentically.

No, there is no cost for talents to enroll in the program.

Is there a cost for brand supporters to join the CFDA IMPACT program?

Certain elements of the IMPACT program have enrollment costs, but not all of them. Visit the supporters page to learn more.

What types of talents (creatives and business professionals) can take part in IMPACT?

IMPACT serves those currently working in the fashion industry or those in a related-industry (beauty, editorial/media, etc.) looking to get more involved in fashion. A majority of the talents part of our IMPACT Talent Directory are in the creative services fields, e.g. apparel designers, graphic designers, writers, photographers, stylists, and more.

All IMPACT talent are part of the larger CFDA IMPACT program. We are always looking for designers and professionals to take part in upcoming programs and opportunities. All CFDA programs and opportunities are managed by their own teams and have unique qualifications and timelines. No, the IMPACT program is a professional development program serving creatives and professionals of color through educational and networking services. To learn more about other DEI initiatives, please click here.
