The preliminary Official New York Fashion Week Schedule for September is ready, and we are thrilled to share it with you!
It kicks with Telfar on Friday, Sept.6, and ends with Marc Jacobs on Wednesday, Sept.11. During the five days, the show lineup includes Tomo Koizumi, Brandon Maxwell, Vera Wang, Pyer Moss, Tom Ford, Ralph Lauren, Gabriela Hearst, Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, Proenza Schouler, The Row, and Jason Wu.
Prompted by several seasons’ worth of feedback from domestic and international stakeholders, CFDA Board Chairman Tom Ford and the CFDA decided to shorten the official New York Fashion Week dates to five days and five nights.
“We listened to feedback from both the domestic and the global fashion industry to tighten and strengthen the Official New York Fashion Week schedule,” said Steven Kolb, President and CEO of the CFDA. “I am excited for the strong September lineup which will continue to showcase and celebrate the creativity and diversity of American fashion.”
