Thom Browne is showing his Fall-Winter collection on April 29, but he still managed to make his mark on New York Fashion Week!

The designer and CFDA member returned to his roots with his signature tartan collection featuring a portfolio of images and an intimate dinner to coincide with fashion week. Listed on the Tartan Registry of Scotland, the brand first incorporated this signature in his very first Fall 2006 menswear collection. Years later, he is now reinventing the wheel and bringing new life to the textile by utilizing cashmeres, British wool heritage tweeds, and Japanese school uniform twills. The collection will be available to men and women, and even in his newest category, childrenswear.

The only thing more notable than the collection itself were the guests wearing it at the dinner- Richie Shazam, Chloe Wise, and Maude Apatow and Angus Cloud – the Euphoria stars known as “Lexi” and “Fez” who made their IRL couple debut in matching his & her tartan looks.

The designer plans to expand on these concepts and heritage fabrics during the Fall 2022 men’s and women’s runway show in New York City at the end of April. Swipe to see more photos from the event.
