The Met Gala was back in full force this year, closing out New York Fashion Week with a bang.

The museum’s exhibition, “In America: A Lexicon of Fashion,” paid homage to the great history of American design talent ranging from emerging to established. In honor of the 75th anniversary of the Costume Institute, stars including Timothee Chalet, Billie Eilish, Jennifer Lopez, and more turned out in their best interpretations on American fashion.

The result was a red carpet brimming with American design talent, including CFDA Members Vera Wang and emerging talents like Edvin Thompson for Theophilio. Take a look at some of our top pics to grace the red carpet.
