Since the launch of The Atelier with Alina Cho talks series at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Cho has assembled an inspiring group of guests – Alber Elbaz, Donatella Versace, Diane von Furstenberg, and Anna Wintour among them. Next up: Alexander Wang. On June 9, the designer will be in conversation with Cho, the Ballantine Bantam Dell’s Editor-at-Large and former CNN National Correspondent. The two are expected to discuss everything from Wang’s first decade in business, the shifting fashion landscape and the creative process that has led him to become one of New York’s big fashion names, with 26 Alexander Wang boutiques and 700 retailers worldwide.
“What I love about Alex is that he is as savvy about design and business as he is fun,” said Cho. “He also rarely sits down for interviews which will make for an enlightening discussion.”
