The launch of Lapointe’s first sunglasses comes off the heels of the brand’s return to the New York Fashion Week runway in February, and also a continuation of its expansion into new categories.

“I’ve always wanted a pair of truly all-black sunglasses, so I decided to go more discreet with the logo placement because it’s more about the vibe than brand visibility,” the designer said. “While some choose to sit in the shade, we prefer to throw it.”
