Kemio, Private Policy & Uprisers Team Up for the AAPI Community

July 9, 2021

As New York makes its return to nightlife, rising style stars turned out for an intimate cocktail event at DIEGO at PUBLIC Hotel last night – for a good cause.

Japanese sensation Kemio unveiled his latest design collaboration with NYC-based brand and CVFF finalists Private Policy and community-driven streetwear brand UPRISERS. The one-of-a-kind collaboration is a celebration of the AAPI Community, with all profits going towards Hate is a Virus, a non-profit community of mobilizers and amplifiers that exists to dismantle racism and hate against the AAPI community fueled by Covid-19.

Notable guests including Naomi Watanabe, Nails by Mei, Parker Kit Hill, Alexander Roth, Gage Gomez, and Milk gathered at the downtown hotspot to celebrate the occasion.

The T-shirt retails for $30.00 and is available for pre-order exclusively on UPRISERS’ website HERE.
