Stacey Bendet has a many reasons to celebrate. The designer’s label, Alice + Olivia by Stacey Bendet, is celebrating its 20-year anniversary this year and in recognition of her cultural influence, Eric Adams, Mayor of the City of New York, officially proclaimed June 15th as “Alice + Olivia day” in the City of New York.

To celebrate her inaugural day, Bendet was joined by friends and family for an outrageously fabulous celebration in the brand’s signature fashion. The brand transformed an outdoor park in Chelsea into a prom themed extravaganza. VIP attendees walked a rainbow-colored step and repeat before entering a venue filled with complementary tattoo artists and highly Instagrammable photo stations.

Guests included Nicky Rothschild, Ella Emhoff, Ariana de Bose, Ruby Aldridge, Chanel Iman, Lea Michele, and more – all dressed in the brand’s signature vibrant splendor. The night was topped off by a special performance by rising artist Gracie Abrams, whom Bendet discovered on TikTok thanks to her daughters (who were also in attendance, wearing Alice + Olivia).
