IMPACT serves over 2,000 creatives and business professionals of color and counting.  Being a part of IMPACT means being a part of a community of people looking to expand their professional network, secure access to industry roles and opportunities, and take part in programming including mentorship and professional development services.

CFDA Events

When you’re part of IMPACT you’re part of the larger CFDA network. IMPACT Talents are eligible to take part in virtual and in-person networking and learning events across our suite of programs (availability permitting).

Office Hours

Office Hours promote the exchange of ideas and information between industry leaders and talent to foster belonging through community building and skill development.

Knowledge Exchange

A mentorship initiative to facilitate knowledge transfer and provide socio-emotional support to Black and Brown creatives and professionals within the American fashion industry.

Talent Directory

Get access to over 200 opportunities from full-time jobs, to internships, and more while connecting with over 2,000 creatives in and supporting the fashion industry. Providing regular communications, invitations, and programming updates, the talent directory is the first step to getting involved in IMPACT.
