Office Hours promote the exchange of ideas and information between industry leaders and talent to foster belonging through community building and skill development.
Knowledge Exchange
A mentorship initiative to facilitate knowledge transfer and provide socio-emotional support to Black and Brown creatives and professionals within the American fashion industry.
Talent Directory
Get access to over 200 opportunities from full-time jobs, to internships, and more while connecting with over 2,000 creatives in and supporting the fashion industry. Providing regular communications, invitations, and programming updates, the talent directory is the first step to getting involved in IMPACT.

Is there a cost for talents (creatives and business professionals) to join the CFDA IMPACT program?
No, there is no cost for talents to enroll in the program.
Is there a cost for brand supporters to join the CFDA IMPACT program?
Certain elements of the IMPACT program have enrollment costs, but not all of them. Visit the supporters page to learn more.
What types of talents (creatives and business professionals) can take part in IMPACT?
IMPACT serves those currently working in the fashion industry or those in a related-industry (beauty, editorial/media, etc.) looking to get more involved in fashion. A majority of the talents part of our IMPACT Talent Directory are in the creative services fields, e.g. apparel designers, graphic designers, writers, photographers, stylists, and more.

All IMPACT talent are part of the larger CFDA IMPACT program. We are always looking for designers and professionals to take part in upcoming programs and opportunities. All CFDA programs and opportunities are managed by their own teams and have unique qualifications and timelines. Does IMPACT provide consulting services on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)?
