We are using recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET) polyester by recycling PET plastic consumer bottles to manufacture high tenacity spun polyester sewing threads. These threads are stronger but with the soft feel of cotton threads making them suitable for sewing clothes.

Most manufacturers of such sewing threads use virgin PET chips from petroleum which emit lots of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. Our process greatly breaks that cycle of environmental degradation.

Lots of youths will be able to earn a living from the collection of the plastic bottles that we shall purchase from them as our main raw material. Youths will be hired from various communities both skilled and unskilled, including setting up a sector for the disabled youth to be productive better like in the packaging sector. In addition to all jobs created and youths empowered and economically helping the nation in accomplishing the strategy of import
substitution since polyester thread will be produced locally rather importing them for
fashion industry,we get to rid the environment of tonnes of plastic wastes that are a danger to the health of our planet which is currently a serious global concern.
