Birla Spunshades is our dope-dyed fiber, made using an innovative Colour Lock Technology. Fabrics will not fade even after multiple washes as pigments are embedded into the fiber itself versus conventional fabric piece-dyeing. Because of this unique production process, environmental savings including reduction in use of resources as well as less gaseous and effluent emissions are possible.

Birla Cellulose holds majority global market share of colored fibers and has an extensive palette of 74 ongoing colors across key shades. The fiber holds the Gold Level Material Health certification from C2C and is produced by by Birla Cellulose, ranked #1 globally amongst sustainable MMCF producers in the Canopy Hot Button Report.
