The CFDA’s Fall MBA Programming Begins

On Friday, September 20,  the CFDA kicked off our fall MBA programming with NYU Stern School of Business and Columbia Business School. Entering our 5th session since launching the business development Workshop in 2011 and with just over 90 people involved, it was the largest workshop to date.

CFDA Members and their Presidents including Philip and Courtney Crangi, Jonathan Meizler, Michael Smaldone and Marysia Woroniecka of Maria Cornejo, as well as ten CFDA Fashion Incubator brands, are participating this fall.

About:

The Workshop addresses key business development areas such as financial analysis, budget and cash flow projections, marketing and business plans, e-commerce analytics and market and channel analysis.  The work completed by the MBA students will be complemented and managed by a group of CFDA-assigned Industry Advisors, all of whom have extensive experience working in the fashion industry.
